Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your renewal date by going to Member Portal → Your Account → Plans → Click the 3 Dots on your Active Subscription → Click "Cancel." You will maintain full access up until the end of your billing cycle.
You can expect to see new releases inside The Content Club about once per month and these will automatically show up inside your Member Portal. Please note you may need to refresh or delete your browsing history for the updates to appear on some browsers.
