This website is owned and operated by Social Content Feeds, LTD. This constitutes The Terms and Conditions of Use between Social Content Feeds, LTD. (herein referred to as "Our" and "Us") and the User (herein referred to as "You" and "Your"). By accessing this website and Our products, you agree to have read, understand and abide by Our Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, you may not access this website or use any of Our products.

PERMITTED USES

By accessing The Content Club, You are granted a non-transferable license to use Our products for:

1. Your own personal and business branding such as social media, email, website and advertising purposes.

2. To be used by professional agencies like Social Media Managers and Brand Designers to execute their client brand work.

RESTRICTED USES

By accessing Our products, You understand and agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, rent, give, lend or further distribute Our products or any asset within them to others others. You understand and agree not to modify or alter Our products or any asset within them to create derivative templates to sell or a competing service. 

LEGAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By accessing Our products, You understand and agree to be legally bound to Our Licensing Terms. Breaching Our Licensing Terms will result in revoked access to Our products. Resellers will be reported for copyright infringement on the platform they sell and will incur fines related to damage of stakeholder assets. 

INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP

You have no legal rights to claim intellectual ownership of Social Content Feeds products, Our templates or any element within them including design, images or fonts. 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Due to the nature of digital download products we do not offer refunds. We also do not tolerate or accept chargebacks of any type from your credit card company.  If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so anytime through Your Account. You will maintain access until the end of your billing cycle. Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. 

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms of service.

DISCLAIMER

While we feature authentic client testimonials and value the power of branding, we do not guarantee any specific results from using Our products.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

AGREEMENT CONCLUSION 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Us. By accessing Social Content Feeds products, You understand and agree to Our entire Terms and Condition of Use and legally agree to abide by them. You also understand and agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policies.
