LICENSING TERMS & AGREEMENT

This constitutes the Licensing Terms and Agreement between Social Content Feeds, LTD (herein referred to as "Our") and the User (herein referred to as "You" and "Your"). The "Assets" are defined as the entirety of Our templates including the design content, stock photos and fonts contained within Social Content Feeds products.

PERMITTED USES
By accessing Our products, You are granted a license to use the Assets for:
1. Your own personal and business branding (social media, email, website and advertising)
2. To be used by professional agencies like Social Media Managers to execute client work
3. Follow Canva's Terms of Use outlined here: https://www.canva.com/policies/terms-of-use

RESTRICTED USES
By accessing Social Content Feeds products, You understand and agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, rent, give, lend or further distribute Our products and any Asset within them to others. You understand and agree not to modify or alter Our products to create derivative templates to sell or a competing service. You understand and agree not to use Our products and the Assets contained in them for PLR (private label rights), MRR (master resell rights) or white-label products.

LEGAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By accessing Social Content Feeds products, You understand and agree to be legally bound to Our Licensing Terms and Agreement. Breaching Our Licensing Terms and Agreement contract is illegal and will result in revoked access to Our products. Resellers will be reported for copyright infringement on the platform they sell and will incur fines related to damage to stakeholder assets.

OWNERSHIP
You have no legal rights to claim intellectual ownership of any Asset contained within Social Content Feeds products. Ownership and intellectual rights belong to a variety of stakeholders including photographers and font licensors that have entered into agreement to allow the Permitted Uses with Our products. Additionally many of our templates contain our own AI-generated photo content.
