LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is owned and operated by Social Content Feeds, LTD. This constitutes the Licensing Terms and Agreement between Social Content Feeds, LTD. (herein referred to as "Our") and the User (herein referred to as "You" and "Your").

PERMITTED USES

By accessing Our templates, You are granted the rights to use Our templates for:
1. Your own personal and business branding (social media, email, website and advertising)
2. To be used by professional agencies like Social Media Managers for client work

RESTRICTED USES

By accessing Our products, You understand and agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, rent, give, lend or further distribute Our products or any asset within them to others. You understand and agree not to modify or alter Our products or any asset within them to create derivative templates to sell or a competing service.

TERMS AGREEMENT

By accessing Our products, You understand and agree to be legally bound to Our Licensing Terms. Breaching Our Licensing Terms will result in revoked access to Our products. Resellers will be reported for copyright infringement on the platform they sell and will incur fines related to damage of stakeholder assets.

INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP

You have no legal rights to claim intellectual ownership of Our templates or any element within them including design, images or fonts. Please note that while we do mostly source royalty-free images, the photos inside our templates are intended as placeholders. It is your legal responsibility to ensure they are replaced with your own photos or royalty-free images.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Due to the nature of digital download products we do not offer refunds. We also do not tolerate or accept chargebacks of any type from your credit card company. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so anytime through Your Account. You will maintain access until the end of your billing cycle. Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

AGREEMENT CONCLUSION

By accessing Social Content Feeds products, you understand and agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policies and agree to abide by Our Terms and Conditions of Use. For any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us anytime and we are happy to help.

These Terms and Conditions are fully in effect as of May 7th, 2025.
